District-Wide Posting Non-Licensed Position Girls B Soccer Coach Location:
Charlotte Central School Charlotte Central School is seeking a Girls B Soccer Coach for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience playing or coaching soccer and a commitment to fostering a positive team experience.
Season Details:
Duration:
August 28th-October 21st, 2025
Practice Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:00 PM to 4:30
PM Game Schedule:
Games will be primarily TU,TH at either 4:00 pm or 5:00 pm
Compensation:
Based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement, this position is categorized as a “Category C activity” under our co-curricular contract.
Responsibilities:
Organize and supervise practices and scheduled games. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of soccer and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with the athletes. Foster a positive team culture to enhance each athlete’s experience. Maintain a list of emergency contacts and be aware of all players’ health concerns. Manage team equipment and uniforms. Set and communicate team goals and expectations.
