The University of North Georgia’s Professional and Continuing Education Division is seeking instructors to teach 6-hour non-credit courses for adult learners on leadership and supervision topics.
Instructors will develop course materials (workbook, slides, handouts) and facilitate sessions on topics such as leadership fundamentals, change management, communication, customer service, inclusion, and more. Courses should be adaptable for a range of leadership experience levels.
Provides diverse and comprehensive instruction for a range of skill sets.
Develops curriculum and any supplemental handouts for the course Develops in-class exercise and group work to which students can leadership concepts
Provides students the necessary tools needed to learn or enhance their skills in leadership & supervision
Determines the interests of students in the class and provides instruction to fit those needs
Provides a class environment allowing students of all skill levels the ability to gain new knowledge
Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of leadership & supervision classes
