This position provides services to students who are hospital/homebound. Services are in-person or virtual, based on the IEP teams determination.
EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED:
Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Sciences (BS)
PREFERRED/DESIRED
Teaching experience in more than one content area. Three (3) years successful teaching experience. Experience using multiple platforms for teaching, including virtual instruction.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/TRAINING
REQUIRED:
Certified by the state of Florida in the appropriate area Valid Florida Driver License
PREFERRED
Certified in multiple content areas, ideally to include Exceptional Student Education Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills are critical to being successful in this role. The ideal candidate is self-directed, can teach students varying abilities, and grade levels.
