Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Valid Florida Elementary Education certification 3+ years of teaching experience (preferred) Strong classroom management and early literacy instruction skills Passion for nurturing the development of young learners Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction across core subject areas Foster a safe, supportive, and structured classroom environment Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners Track and monitor student progress using classroom assessments Communicate effectively with families about student growth and needs Collaborate with grade-level teams and instructional support staff Integrate developmentally appropriate technology and tools Participate in school-wide events, planning meetings, and professional development Salary & Benefits Competitive salary based on credentials and experience Health benefits including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) plan with employer match Life and disability insurance Paid time off Professional development support Work Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts In-person instruction required

Requirements Summary Education:

Bachelor’s in Elementary Education or related field

Experience:

3 years preferred in primary grades

Certification:

Florida Elementary Education K-6 or PK-3rd grade Certification (Required), ESOL & Reading Endorsed (preferred) Time Spent on
