The Learning Experience – Bloomingdale is a local day care center that offers child care and early childhood education, from 6 weeks to 12 years old! We are looking for a passionate Child Care Teacher. Role Responsibilities:

You will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment in a daycare and preschool setting. Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning. You will implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child. Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn in a childcare environment. You will be responsible for communicating regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps, and personal discussions. Support your center’s success, partnering with team members and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement. Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Qualifications:

Professional teaching experience at a daycare, childcare center, or preschool preferred. High school diploma/GED required. Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
