Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development and growth Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Monitor children’s progress and development Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day Salary negotiable starting at $45,000 – 53,000/yr based on credentials and years of experience Full Time position working 10 months (August – May). Are You Qualified? If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field At least 3 years of experience at a Montessori school in an elementary classroom. Must be AMS or AMI Montessori Certified at the Elementary Level. MACTE Accredited. Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required. Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required. The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
