Teaching Full Job Description Location:

Boston, MA & surrounding suburbs

When:

September – June Must be available on weekday afternoons

Responsibilities:

Instruct children ages 5-10 in engaging culinary arts classes at private schools in Boston, MA and surrounding suburbs Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers and students. Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. Provide a fun and creative environment.

Requirements:

Must be able to teach weekday afternoons September – June Must be comfortable instructing children in learning one recipe per class While curriculum planning is not necessary, we require that the lead instructor purchase the ingredients for the recipe before class and bring them to class. Expense reimbursement will be provided for the ingredients.

Qualifications:

Previous teaching experience required. Interest / experience in culinary arts or passion for cooking & baking. Excellent communication skills. Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable. Demonstrate patience and leadership skills.
