Deliberate Leadership Education (DLE) Instructor Pandora’s Runners, LLC Keesler

Summary:
Seeking a dynamic educator to deliver values-based leadership instruction for Military Training Leaders (MTLs). The instructor will facilitate training modules, refine curriculum, analyze program effectiveness, and support the development of ethical, resilient leaders in the U.S. Air Force.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Basic and Advanced MTL Course modules and follow-on maintenance lessons. Incorporate experiential learning and advise on curriculum improvements. Design and analyze surveys to measure training outcomes and provide quarterly reports. Collaborate with faculty development teams and leadership development organizations.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field (counseling, education, leadership, etc.) OR Master’s with 125+ hours of coach-specific training in an ACTP program OR Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of coaching certification experience. Demonstrated experience with leadership coaching, team development, and data analysis.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (excluding federal holidays)
Security Clearance:
Must qualify for IT-Level III access; National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) required.
Additional Notes:
Must uphold professional boundaries and adhere to DODI 1304.33 and
AFI 36-2909
on trainer conduct. Strong data management, public speaking, and facilitation skills required.

$21.00 – $37.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
