JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

Provides students with comprehensive andindividualized case management that ensures student progress,achievement and completion of the Job Corps program Providesquality culinary training, including food safety and preparation,that leads to student placement in a reputable establishmentProvides students with job leads and monitors placement of allprogram graduates Ensures classroom is well organized and conduciveto student learning Holds students accountable for following theCenter’s uniform dress code and behavioral standards of conductProduces quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely andaccurate manner Maintains appropriate personal attendance,accountability and work productivity standards Plans, prioritizesand organizes assignments to meet established goals and deadlinesProvides high-quality supervision and management for the studentpopulation Takes swift and appropriate action and positivelyinfluences student behavior Other duties as assigned QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent A minimum of one-year experiencein teaching or related field required Must be certified, licensed,or accredited by the RI Office of Food Protection Previous JobCorps experience strongly preferred Must possess a valid driver’slicense and meet company insurability requirements. “Adams andAssociates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a),60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
