This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of education administration, including curriculum development, strategic planning, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to foster an environment conducive to learning and growth. Education Director Qualifications MSED in Early Childhood Education and NYS Teacher Certification 2-3 years’ experience, including 1+ year in a managerial role Knowledge of NYC childcare systems, policies, and admissions Experience with low-income and homeless families preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Educational Specialist Qualifications Associate degree or CDA with 1+ year experience working with families and young children Knowledge of USDA, Head Start, CACFP, and NY licensing nutrition regulations Food Handlers and First Aid/CPR certifications required Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Experience with diverse, low-income, or homeless populations Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Able to meet physical demands (lift up to 40 lbs, sit on floor, climb stairs, etc.) Join us at through Zoom for A Pre-Screen !
