Teaching Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Instruct children ages 5-10 in engaging, but simple culinary arts camp at a private school on John’s Island Charleston, SC Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers and students. Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. Provide a fun and creative environment.

Requirements:

Must be able to teach Monday

• Friday 8:30
• 11:30 AM July 7
• 11 Must be comfortable instructing children in learning a multiple recipes and instructing camp as a solo instructor.

While curriculum planning is not necessary, we require that the lead instructor purchase the ingredients for the recipe before class and bring them to class. Expense reimbursement will be provided for the ingredients.

Qualifications:

Previous teaching experience required. Interest / experience in culinary arts or passion for cooking & baking. Excellent communication skills. Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable. Demonstrate patience and leadership skills.
