Role:

We are seeking an experienced and engaging Application Instructor to teach in-person Microsoft Office application classes. This contract role is perfect for someone who is passionate about training others and has a strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver clear, engaging, and effective in-person instruction on Microsoft Office applications. Follow provided course outlines while adjusting content and pacing as needed for learners. Answer student questions and offer individualized support during sessions. Ensure a professional, positive, and supportive classroom environment. Track attendance and provide basic post-class feedback if required.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Access or Teams a plus). Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience preferred. Comfortable speaking to groups and guiding hands-on exercises. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to commute to the class location.

Schedule:

Classes are typically scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays.
