- Lead pre-development efforts including due diligence, utility data analysis, and stakeholder coordination
- Manage lender and tenant approvals for clean energy installations
- Support development teams with RFQ/RFP processes and project execution
- Oversee project incentives, financial documentation, and compliance
- Monitor and report on energy production, financial performance, and REC management
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver clean energy solutions across NorthPoint’s industrial portfolio Who You Are
- A seasoned energy developer with 5+ years of experience in clean energy project development
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong understanding of solar, battery, EV charging, and energy efficiency technologies
- Skilled in project management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Passionate about clean energy and sustainability
