Solar Energy Construction Manager Juuce Energy Manasquan, NJ 08736 Job Summary We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager at Juuce Energy, you will be responsible for the management of all safety related matters on projects assigned to you. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management processes and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve goals. The candidate must be able to conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, ensuring that the work environment is acceptable, and that tools and equipment are in good working condition. Must be able to use a computer for documentation and be able to coordinate with the managers and project manager. Responsibilities Coordinate energy-related projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, field labor and vendors on site to coordinate activities and ensure that all work is in sync with project goals and objectives. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Raken for project tracking and reporting. Create and maintain project schedules using project scheduling tools. Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and building regulations. Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, ensuring that the work environment is acceptable, and that tools and equipment are in good working condition. Prepare detailed schematics and documentation for energy projects. Plan, execute, and take responsibility for self-performed work and managing labor crews and subcontractors. Lead on-site meetings and inspections. Requirements Proven experience in project coordination within the construction or energy sector. Proficiency in construction management software. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings. Familiarity with schematics related to energy systems is preferred. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Understanding of behind-the-meter and utility interconnections. Strong understanding of rooftop installations. Knowledge of construction safety requirements; OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders and access building roofs.

$30.00 – $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
