Within the CST Operating Unit, together with our customers, we are moving spine and cranial surgery from an art to a science. This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a technical resource between Medtronic and the medical community. You will be a key partner and will be exposed to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: + Utilize proprietary software to provide clinical x-ray measurements, stimulate surgical corrections based on the surgeon’s case plan and personal preferences, design a patient-specific implant based on the planned correction, provide a real-time measurement and planning service for high-volume sites, collect post-operative data and prepare a detailed analysis of the results obtained + Discuss surgical plans with surgeons and their staff + Collaborate with hospital staff and sales representatives to manage cases + Act as technical support in the operating room as needed + Provide training support to regional managers + Present postoperative analyses to surgeons + Lead internally driven projects to increase lab efficiencies + Travel –
