MAJOR FUNCTION
The BioMed Systems Engineer will be responsible for the management, integration, and optimization of biomedical technologies within our 4-hospital healthcare system. This role focuses on ensuring that solutions such as the Cynerio IoMT vulnerability management, Primex temperature management, RTLS solutions, and other biomedical systems are configured and secured to align with clinical workflows and hospital network standards. The engineer will provide oversight for application engineering, security configurations, and performance monitoring, ensuring these systems operate reliably and comply with industry regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Minimum of a Technical school certification. Five years minimum in the computer industry. Experience in a healthcare environment preferred. working knowledge of network communications, equipment, wireless technology, desktop hardware and software. Troubleshooting techniques and problem resolution. Project Management experience leading IT projects a plus.
Certification/ Licensure:
CCNA/CCNP or equivalent
