Responsibilities:

Prepare project drawings, specifications and schematics required tosupport the installation of electronic special systems, such as:

Fire Alarm, Security and other Low Voltage Systems Verify project requirements and coordinate with the ProjectManagers and Sales to ensure project design is in compliance withall applicable Federal, State and local codes Layout fire alarm devices on basic designs Understand

IBC, IFC, OFC, IAC, NFPA

72 and all other applicablecodes Interact with customers, vendors and co-workers in a professionalmanner Open willingness to continual learning Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulationsand practices Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures and core values Any other duties deemed appropriate by management

Required:

3 years of CAD Design experience in fire alarm systems Understanding of electronics and wiring requirements (Voltage,Amperage, Voltage Drop, etc.) Pass drug and background screenings Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to meet state licensing requirements and/or vendorcertifications Proficiency working in

Microsoft Suite:

Outlook, Word, Excel andPowerPoint
