Long-Term Temp Contract Are you a detail-oriented CAD professional looking to contribute to a high-performing team We’re seeking an experienced AutoCAD Designer to join us on a long-term contract basis. If you’re passionate about precision, thrive in collaborative environments, and have a solid grasp of 2D/3D design concepts, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Produce and edit 2D/3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Inventor, or equivalent software Interpret blueprints and convert conceptual layouts into detailed production drawings Develop and manage CAD blocks and parametrically driven components Extract data from CAD models for BOM creation and technical documentation Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to drive projects from concept to completion Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT) standards Perform tolerance and fit analysis for proper product functionality Coordinate with vendors to obtain and validate technical details Ensure all work meets high standards for accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications:

3+ years in a CAD design role, ideally using AutoCAD or Inventor Proficient with file formats including DWG, DXF, STP, IGES, etc. Skilled in both 2D and 3D environments with a strong understanding of parametric design High attention to detail•accuracy and thoroughness are non-negotiable Familiarity with GDT, mechanical fit, and tolerance standards Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent communication and teamwork skills 2-4 year degree in Engineering, AutoCAD Design or similar field

Preferred Experience:
