Drafter – Development/Design Position Available In Washington, Arkansas

The Drafter will be responsible for preparing site layouts for new 7 Brew stand locations. This role involves creating accurate and comprehensive drawings using CAD software while maintaining brand standards. The Drafter will work close with Real Estate Managers, Pre-Development Managers, and other team members to ensure the precision and clarity of all design documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare civil site layouts using AutoCAD. Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards, industry codes, and client specifications. Maintain and organize drawing files, ensuring proper version control and document management. Stay updated with the latest CAD software and drafting techniques.

Qualifications:

Education:

Associate’s degree in civil engineering technology, Drafting & Design, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (required). Proficiency in Google Earth. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Strong understanding of drafting principles, standards, and conventions. Knowledge of civil engineering concepts. Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, surveys, and specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
