Seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM Revit Drafter to join our dynamic team of Building Systems Specialists. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building information modeling (BIM) and proficiency with Autodesk Revit software to create, edit, and maintain accurate MEP/FP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) designs.

Develop and maintain BIM models and detailed Revit drawings for various projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate representation of designs and specifications.
Update models and drawings to reflect changes and revisions based on feedback from project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational protocols for drafting and modeling.
Conduct quality checks on deliverables to maintain high levels of accuracy and precision.
Assist in problem-solving and provide innovative solutions as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Strong understanding of BIM methodologies and workflows.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication and organizational skills.
