Jr. CAD Designerr -(Entry-Level, On-Site in Fort Lauderdale) We’re seeking a motivated and detail-driven CAD Operator to join our team in Fort Lauderdale . This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site role -perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to launch their career in commercial design. You’ll support our projects through expert use of AutoCAD and related software. We’re looking for someone who’s hungry to learn, eager to grow , and ready to excel in a fast-paced environment. While the position is 100% on-site to start , we’re open to a more flexible hybrid model over time-once there’s trust and a solid understanding of our systems and workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage technical drawings for commercial kitchen layouts using AutoCAD Collaborate with project managers and designers to turn conceptual ideas into construction-ready drawings Ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant industry standards and client specifications Join project meetings to review plans, receive feedback, and apply revisions Manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail and accountability
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience as a CAD Operator (recent graduates encouraged to apply) Proficiency in AutoCAD is required Familiarity with AutoQuotes/AQ Design software is a plus Revit experience is helpful but not required Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Willingness to work on-site full-time, with potential for flexibility down the line
