Our client is a well-established and expanding civil engineering firm known for delivering high-quality land development projects across residential and commercial sectors. This role will support the engineering and design teams by preparing and updating technical drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Responsibilities Prepare and revise detailed drawings for land development projects, including residential and commercial sites Collaborate with engineers to incorporate mark-ups and ensure accuracy of plans Maintain drawing files and documentation throughout project lifecycles Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and field data for drafting Assist in preparing exhibits, site plans, and construction documents Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal regulations Coordinate with project managers and design team members to meet deadlines Perform quality checks on all drawings for completeness and accuracy Requirements HS Diploma or GED required Associate’s degree or completion of a technical trade school in CADD, drafting, or related field preferred 0-25 years of relevant experience What You’ll Need to Be Successful Success in this job relies on your time management, organization, and positive attitude.
