The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer-aided design (CAD) and will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans that align with project specifications. This role requires proficiency in various CAD software and a keen eye for accuracy, ensuring that all designs meet industry standards and client expectations. Duties Prepare Submittal packages to the Engineer for review and approval. Draft and produce accurate and effective layout and Coordination Drawings. Prepare Closeout packages to submit to the end users. Prepare preliminary AS-Built drawings. Assist Estimator with the Bid process. Able to design Submittal Drawings through AUTOCAD. Qualifications Proficiency in CAD software , MS Windows/Office suite, and Bluebeam (PDF Software) Valid Florida Driver’s license. General Electrical and NFPA knowledge is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work.in a fast- paced work environment. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across various disciplines. Ability to maintain a positive attitude throughout high volume periods and through challenging situations.
