Work with professional engineers on civil construction designs using AutoCAD according to clients. Complete drawing/project responsibilities within scope, budget and schedule and use CAD software to draft land development plans. Utilize Civil 3D, AutoCAD and GIS software to profile metropolitan industrial and commercial sectors with their respective parcels for permit sets of land development for paving, grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility localization. Work with professional civil engineers, architects, and other CAD designers to gather municipal and state permits and city/county details for project management and exhibition of the terrain in development. Assist to draw cross- sections in 2D view of sections of the property for in-depth analysis and sketch concepts in accordance to clients specifications and Department of Transportation regulations. Assist to design concept drawings of sites for clients such as proposed buildings, stormwater layouts, utility systems and general plots of land development plans. Help for Employer Information.
