Experienced Auto Cad Drafter1st Shift 7:30AM-4:30PM $25 DUTIES

AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Createand update detailed technical drawings that incorporate projectspecifications and design ideas from customers, the draftingmanager and shop personnel. These drawings will generally includelayout and structural assemblies that combine equipment andhardware used on each project with parts fabricated in-house (sheetand structural metal).
• Must have a strong ability to research anddevelop details of various components with an eye for spatial andmechanical relationships.
• Resolve design problems when theyhappen with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to adhere tocompany drawing standards and have a good understanding of documentcontrol while creating or revising drawings.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree or CAD Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years workingwith SolidWorks and AutoCAD. (Not including education time)
• Metalfabrication or manufacturing industry experience.
• Proficiencywith Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Preference given to acandidate with experience drafting in a manufacturing environment.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and followwritten and verbal instructions.
• Versatility, flexibility, and awillingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
