CAD/Revit Technician Devlen Engineering, Inc. Lake Mary, FL 32746 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CAD /Revit Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. This role involves creating structural details and plans that support structural engineering projects. The CAD Technician will collaborate closely with team members including senior CAD Technicians and structural engineers to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Responsibilities Develop and prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and translate them into technical drawings. Revise designs based on feedback from team members or clients, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected in the final drawings. Maintain organized records of all design documents, revisions, and project files. Qualifications Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit is essential. Basic understanding of construction materials and methods. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members. A degree or certification in CAD technology or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
