The role offers a hybrid work model (1-day remote + ad hoc flexibility), competitive pay, and a collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD Strong attention to detail and document control Background in manufacturing or metal fabrication is preferred Ability to collaborate with teams and resolve design issues effectively Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and revise detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings per project specifications. Incorporate inputs from the drafting manager, customers, and shop team into final drawing packages. Ensure all designs meet company drawing standards and document control procedures. Research and develop part/component details while considering mechanical and spatial relationships. Identify and resolve design issues proactively with a solutions-oriented mindset.
