Job Description:

Luxury Home Residential Drafter We’re partnered with a customhome builder specializing in high-end residential construction,seeking an experienced Architectural Designer/Draftsperson tocreate full sets of home plans from concept through construction.

You’ll be responsible for drafting in AutoCAD, developing designs,and supporting project management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD Develop designconcepts and construction documents Collaborate with clients,consultants, and builders Assist with permitting and basic projectmanagement

Requirements:
