M-B is currently hiring a Jr. CAD Operator to be basedout of our office in Buford, Georgia.

• -The candidate who fillsthis position will lead the CAD effort utilizing MicroStationCAD/ProjectWise/OpenRoads software and AGI software to prepare 2Dand 3D construction drawings from redline sketches, 2D/3D layouts,existing drawings and electronic images.

Drawing details includeall views and dimensions necessary for clear and accuratepresentation. You will apply knowledge of design practices andinteract with Engineers to solve design issues

CAD Operator:

Implementing and maintaining CADstandards for the companyWorking alongside Junior and Senior CADTechnicians and follow established CAD standardsGeneral QA/QC ofCAD work performed by CAD StaffSet up and manage Microstationworkspace for projectsWork with other CAD Staff on redlinedraftingEfficient and accurate drafting with adherence to CADstandardsCoordinate drawing files and electronic transmittals withClientsElectronic Project File Management

• Project Design (withinskill set and direction of Project Manager or ProjectEngineer)Personal Continuing EducationWhat it takes to besuccessful as a Jr.

CAD Operator:

Associate Degree in TechnicalDrafting (Preferred

• -Minimum 1 years’ experience in fieldMinimum 1years’ experience working with MicroStation CAD/project filemanagement softwareExperience and competence on design softwaresuch as Geopak and/or OpenRoadsClear and concise verbal and writtencommunication skillsSome knowledge of general engineering practicesand methods

Conditions of Employment:

Applicant will be subject to aMotor Vehicle Record Check. Satisfactory driving records arerequired for driving company or personal vehicles and motor drivenequipment to conduct company business.
