$20-25/hr The temporary administrative support role for the Mapping Department will provide clerical and operational assistance to the Mapping Designers and Geographic Information System (GIS) team.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining and updating GIS databases.
Verifying staking sheets and maps. Managing digital and physical records. Proficiency in databases, GIS applications, spreadsheets, system operations technologies, problem-solving, adaptability, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. This position primarily involves sedentary work with occasional environmental exposure, requiring close visual acuity for data analysis and documentation. #insj
Requirements:
Requires a HSD/Associate’s degree in GIS preferred.
One to three years of experience with Windows OS, GIS, or CAD software.
Valid Louisiana driver’s license.
