Job Description:

Weare seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to assistwith data entry and drawing management tasks. The role involveshandling both physical and digital technical drawings, ensuringaccuracy and consistency between various formats. Responsibilities

• Perform data entry related to drawing files and documentation.
• Compare physical drawings from drawers with electronic versions(AutoCAD, scanned files, PDFs).
• Scan drawings as needed to createdigital versions.
• Make simple edits to drawings if necessary(basic use of AutoCAD or PDF editing tools).
• Convert drawings toPDF format.
• Print drawings at ‘C
• size, punch holes, and organizein binders.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of technicaldrawings and file formats (AutoCAD, PDF, etc.).
• Ability toperform simple edits in drawing software.
• Familiarity withscanners, printers, and file conversion tools.
• Strong attentionto detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to workindependently and manage time effectively.

Pay:
