We are growing our team and looking for a CAD Drafter with SolidWorks experience to lead design and engineering efforts. Job Summary As our CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for overseeing all CAD design work using SolidWorks, working closely with production and sales teams to meet customer needs and deadlines. You’ll play a key role in implementing SolidWorks company-wide and scaling our design services for internal and external use. Key Responsibilities Design packaging and crating solutions using SolidWorks (required) Create drawings for both new and repeat customers Collaborate with the Production Manager daily on design needs Support the Sales and Quoting teams with customer-ready CAD files Manage project timelines and prioritize engineering deliverables Build the CAD design process from the ground up Contribute to growing the department for future contract-based work Qualifications SolidWorks experience is mandatory 2+ years of experience in a CAD design role preferred Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus Strong communication and project management skills Ability to work independently and with a small team What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience: $60,000 – $75,000/year Full benefits package Opportunity to grow with a hands-on, fast-paced company A collaborative team focused on innovation and craftsmanship Apply today and help us build packaging that protects what matters.
