You will contribute to the drafting and design of mechanical (preferred), plumbing, or electrical systems for a wide range of building projects across the commercial, institutional, and municipal sectors.

CBHF Engineers, PLLC is a full-service mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering firm providing pre-planning, design, bidding, and construction administration. We have completed many projects within North Carolina, South Carolina, and throughout the Southeast. Design projects are diverse and include commercial, educational, retail, industrial, governmental, and federal military. Construction budgets span from a few thousand to several million dollars. CBHF works in the capacity of consultant on team projects as well as prime designer, working directly with the project Owner.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit Perform field surveys and provide support during construction phases Coordinate with internal MEP team to produce construction and permit documents

Required Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or completion of a technical trade school in CAD, drafting, or related field Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit and Microsoft Office software Knowledge of building codes and standard construction design practices
