- $75,000 a year 10 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Word AutoCAD Microsoft Excel TWIC Card Mid-level 3 years Revit Analysis skills Trade school Manufacturing Microsoft Project Associate’s degree Drafting Communication skills Full Job Description Creates sketches and final CAD drawings for engineering projects, collaborating with the project engineering team to ensure best practices and compliance with applicable construction and regulatory requirements.
Creates and revise FEED drawings, including preliminary layouts, elevation, and plan views ensuring architectural conformity and site aesthetics. Conducts frequent field audits to check dimensions of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project. Utilizes knowledge of process equipment, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials and other physical sciences to complete drawings. Draft detailed multi-view drawings of the process (Isometrics). Evaluates constructability in developing layouts to aid in the project bidding, project execution, and is nimble in recommending alternatives when obstacles to execution are encountered Routinely interfaces with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to execute against assembled drawing packages. Exhibits strong attention to detail to ensure drawings are accurate according to specifications. Updates drafting and engineering standards Perform other related duties, as assigned. Associate”s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing, plant, or similar environment. Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and AutoCAD Plant 3D. Proficiency in Revit (optional). Strong analytical and visualization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project. Advanced 2D and 3D drafting skills, including the ability to create detailed technical drawings and complex models•

Highly Preferred Excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Highly organized. Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to pass a 10 panel controlled substance testing and random testing after that. Must be able to pass a background investigation check and maintain in good standing order, as per TSA”s TWIC criteria. #ZRNC
