Millwork Engineer / Programmer Totowa, NJ From $75,000/year (based on experience) Full-time | Monday-Friday | Onsite A well-established custom fabrication company is seeking a Millwork Engineer / Programmer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with technical skills in millwork engineering and CNC programming who can turn architectural designs into detailed, production-ready plans and code. Responsibilities Create detailed production drawings for custom millwork and cabinetry Convert design concepts into CNC programs using tools like AutoCAD, Mosaik, Aspire, woodWOP, and Cut Rite Collaborate with sales and design teams to finalize specifications Revise and optimize drawings and code based on production needs Ensure accuracy and completeness of all technical documentation Support production teams during fabrication and resolve design issues Maintain organized project files and engineering records Qualifications 3+ years of experience in millwork engineering and CNC programming Proficient in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Aspire, Mosaik, woodWOP, etc.) Understanding of cabinetry, furniture, and millwork construction Ability to read shop drawings and translate designs into machine-ready outputs Highly detail-oriented with time management and communication skills Must be local to Totowa, NJ or willing to commute daily Apply today to join a growing team that delivers high-end, custom millwork projects with precision and craftsmanship.
