New Opportunity for CAD Technicians for an International Civil Engineering firm in NYC! Job Description As a Civil 3D CAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings and designs for civil engineering projects. You will also provide training for staff, set up projects, support and implement standards, and ensure the accuracy of drawings to meet project standards. Responsibilities Create and modify technical drawings for civil engineering projects using Civil 3D. Provide training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Set up projects and ensure all standards are supported and implemented. Ensure the accuracy of drawings to meet project standards. Essential Skills Proficiency in Civil 3D with 4-10 years of experience. Experience in providing design support and setting up projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, OpenRoads Designer, and Bentley MicroStation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to work three days in the office and two days remotely, with the flexibility to choose any day for remote work. The work environment is supportive, with great training and mentorship provided to staff.
