Draftsperson Lead – Full Time Yossi’s Woodworx West Nyack, NY 10994 Job Overview Yossi’s Woodworx is a high-end custom millwork company specializing in unique, design-driven residential and commercial interiors. From detailed built-ins to sophisticated libraries and luxury studios, our work is rooted in craftsmanship, precision, and innovation. We’re looking for an experienced Draftsperson Lead to join our growing team and take the lead on drawing production and coordination. Responsibilities Produce detailed millwork shop drawings based on architectural plans and design concepts Interpret and translate design intent into buildable solutions Work closely with project managers, designers, and the production team to ensure accuracy and efficiency Draft and revise designs based on feedback from team members or clients Oversee and collaborate with junior drafters Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and related documentation Experience with CNC programming and file preparation Qualifications Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Mozaik, and/or Cabinet Vision 3+ years of drafting experience in architectural millwork or custom cabinetry Strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills Previous experience in a drafting role is preferred but not mandatory.
