DESCRIPTION:
The role of the Exhibit Design Drafter is to generate setup instruction drawings based on 3D rendered designs. The Exhibit Design Drafter will work with the Design and Production Departments to facilitate the creation of any given project, and all specifics that go with that project, documenting dimensions, materials, building techniques, etc. This position will create and prepare set-up instructions and any additional floor-plans, as well as any particulars and call-outs for client sign-off and the production of a project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce construction drawings for the production and setup teams Create accessible set-up instructions Produce layout diagrams for submission to show hall Store, manage, and organize all Production files
QUALIFICATIONS
Adobe Illustrator experience necessary Experience with assembly-based 3D programs preferred Produce accurate well laid out drawings Work with Design and Production teams in a professional manner Produce accurate well laid out drawings, and well maintained electronic files
