Architectural Designer / Drafter Highland Associates 102 Highland Avenue, Clarks Summit, PA 18411 Architectural Designer / Drafter We are currently seeking an Architectural Designer or Drafter with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our Clarks Summit, PA office to work on local, regional and national projects. Candidates should hold either a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in architecture or a related field and demonstrate strong technical capabilities in both Revit and AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all phases of the design process, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. This position requires experience with specifications, an understanding of architectural workflows, and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in documentation. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as this role involves collaborating with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to move projects forward efficiently. Highland’s projects span a diverse range of market sectors including Mission Critical, K-12 education, Healthcare, Industrial, Retail and Government/Public including grant projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
