The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications. This role is crucial for the development and manufacturing of our products, contributing to innovative design solutions. Key Responsibilities Create detailed 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and specifications. Prepare and modify technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing and assembly. Review designs for compliance with engineering standards and specifications. Assist in the development of tooling and die designs as needed. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback on designs. Maintain and organize design files and documentation for easy retrieval. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology or similar degree preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software (using these software’s in a machinery or manufacturing setting is a must) Experience in detailing and producing engineering drawings. Knowledge of tooling and dies to produce customer parts preferred. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and techniques. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
