Join a creative and energetic team in Nashville, TN as an AutoCAD Technical Designer and be a part of something truly unique! Qualifications and responsibilities for this AutoCAD Technical Designer position include: 2+ years of experience in CAD design, ideally in manufacturing or millwork environments. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit and SketchUp skills are a plus. Build elevations from models or hand surveys to create shop drawings and approval documentation. Support the technical design team by managing 3D models and detailed production documents. Assist with BIM coordination, including 3D model integration and laser scanning plans. Conduct quality control on fabrication drawings and resolve design issues in collaboration with engineering teams. Ability to visualize in 3D space and communicate design intent clearly. Participate in an AutoCAD skills assessment as part of the interview process.
Salary:
$60,000 – $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
