We’re seeking a Process Engineer who’s ready to own the process-from concept to implementation-and drive meaningful improvements in performance, quality, and efficiency across our manufacturing operations. What You’ll Do:

Lead Process Innovation Drive product and process development from initial concept to first article approval Design and refine manufacturing processes that meet rigorous customer specifications and industry standards Leverage rapid prototyping and standard manufacturing technologies to accelerate development Build Best Practices Create clear, detailed documentation and instructions to guide production teams Standardize processes and introduce best practices that boost efficiency and reduce variation Be a Go-To Technical Expert Provide cross-functional support to production, quality, and engineering teams Monitor safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance within all processes Drive Continuous Improvement Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and increased throughput Champion data-driven decisions and introduce scalable solutions Collaborate & Train Partner with team leads and operators to support operational goals Participate in and contribute to employee training, knowledge-sharing, and process audits What you will need:

Experience:

2+ years as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing or aerospace setting

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (required)

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in process development, rapid prototyping, and common optimization tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC)

Documentation:

Strong ability to create technical instructions, work instructions, and

SOPs Mindset:

Detail-oriented, analytical, and self-driven with a passion for quality and innovation

Communication:

Clear communicator who works well across departments and levels ????
