Process Technology Engineer Position Available In Mobile, Alabama

Process Technology Engineer QUAD is currently seeking a Process Technology Engineer for a chemical manufacturer locatednear Mobile, AL. The Process Technology Engineer will be responsible for small to medium capital projects management, including scoping expenses and capital projects to ensure operations improvement goals are met, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Developing low cost operations solutions aimed at production rates increases Providing root cause analysis support Performing processes evaluation Acting as the SME for process hazard analysis Performing control system programming and troubleshooting Creating new equipment design basis and sizing Drafting and updating operating procedures documentation Completing new products manufacturing cost estimates and other feasibility analysis

Skills/ Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred 1+ years chemical or petrochemical plant environment experience Experience with highly hazardous chemical processes, leading a team, and chemical laboratory and/or maintenance all preferred Strong communication skills and attention to detail Microsoft Office proficiency
