Paid Holidays Flexible Work Schedule Job Details Responsibilities:

Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping &Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Perform detailed mechanicaldesign and equipment sizing calculations (pumps, piping, pressurevessels, heat exchangers, etc.). Design and develop mechanicalskid-mounted systems, including layout, structural components, andintegration of piping, instrumentation, and other subsystemsensuring mechanical integrity, maintainability, and safety. Preparedetailed equipment specifications, datasheets, material selections,and procurement support. Ensure compliance with relevant industrycodes and standards (ASME

B31.3, API, NFPA, ANSI, OSHA

). Managetechnical coordination with controls/automation, electrical, andfabricators, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Support fabricationefforts:

review shop drawings, participate in design reviews, andperform in-process inspections. Lead Factory Acceptance Testing(FAT) and support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) when necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, ChemicalEngineering or a related field. Extensive experience in mechanicalengineering and skid design, ideally with the Life Sciences andFood, Dairy, Beverage and Industrial sectors. Strong understandingof fluid flow, thermodynamics, and heat/mass transfer principles.

Hands-on experience with pumps, valves, piping systems, pressurevessels, and process instrumentation. Proficiency with 3D modelingand drafting software (AutoCAD Plant 3D, SolidWorks, or similartools) and familiarity with simulation software. Interested inhearing more?
