We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Permanent Process Engineer with a focus on Distillationto join our innovative Engineering team. This position is anexciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background inchemical engineering, particularly in the distillation process. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for designing,implementing, controlling, and optimizing industrial distillationprocesses. This role requires a deep understanding of variousdistillation technologies, reactors, drum handling, and temperaturecontrol. Additionally, the candidate should have a good grasp ofERP systems, Delta-V automation systems, and a keen interest inalcohol/flavor production. This position requires a minimum of 1years of experience in distillation or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize distillationprocesses and equipment, ensuring efficiency and quality. 2.Monitor and control distillation units, reactors, and drumhandling, ensuring optimal temperature control and safety. 3. UseERP systems to manage production planning, materials management,and quality control. 4. Operate and maintain DeltaV automationsystems to control and monitor distillation processes. 5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate productionchallenges and implement effective solutions. 6. Conduct regularequipment inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performanceand safety. 7. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements indistillation technology and implement them where necessary. 8.Develop and implement strategies for the production of alcohol andflavor. 9. Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmentalregulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’sdegree in Chemistry OR Chemical Engineering or a related field. 2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in distillation or a similar role.3. Proficient in using ERP systems for production management. 4.Experience with DeltaV automation systems. 5. Strong knowledge ofdistillation process, reactors, drum handling, and temperaturecontrol. 6. Experience in alcohol and flavor production is a plus.7. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention todetail. 8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functionalteams. 9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.10. Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmentalstandards.
