LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER DUTIES
Investigates and resolves issues in manufacturing processes or equipment; initiates and leads the execution of solutions for identified issues. Enhances process capability volume and sustains quality benchmarks; innovates in solutions development. Establishes and implements operating protocols for secure and efficient plant performance. Reviews manufacturing systems; recommends and initiates improvements on processes or equipment as needed. Examines processes, performs measurements, interprets data, tests new methods, and recommends updates or modifications. Gathers necessary data for assigned enhancements and modifications. Applies scientific methods to assess process efficiencies. Verifies equipment functionality and capacity; instigates solutions when equipment underperforms. Utilizes simulation software when required and sets best practices for production methods. Maintains production reliability, boosts rates, efficiencies, outputs, and cost-effectiveness.
