My client is seeking a dedicated Injection Molding & LSRManufacturing Engineer who is actively supporting daily processtroubleshooting and driving process development to ensure productsare manufactured to meet cost, quality, and production targets.

This role requires the ability to interpret technical documentationand to effectively communicate with both technical andnon-technical stakeholders across the organization. Description In this role you willreport directly into the Director of Operations and will have theopportunity to: Experience in injection molding and liquid siliconerubber (LSR) processes (preferred) Demonstrating familiarity withISO 9001 and/or

ISO 13485

quality management systems Applyingknowledge of cleanroom manufacturing environments (preferred)Supporting process development and optimization for injectionmolding and LSR production Troubleshooting daily manufacturingissues to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency Readingand interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and qualitydocumentation Communicating effectively with cross-functionalteams, including both technical and non-technical personnelDocumenting process changes and maintaining compliance withinternal procedures and customer requirements Profile A successfulcandidate will have: 1-3 years of injection molding and siliconerubber experience ISO 9001 and/or

ISO 13845
