What You’ll Do:

Own safety andenvironmental performance—lead from the front, not the sidelines.

Guide and coach operations teams to build a culture of quality andaccountability. Improve and troubleshoot critical processes—fromstartup support to long-term optimization. Tackle day-to-daytechnical issues while pushing long-term process improvements. UseSPC, DOE, and data analytics to solve production challenges anddrive efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce costs,improve quality, and mitigate operational risk. Step intosupervisory duties when needed to keep production on track.

WhatYou Bring:

A degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, or relatedEngineering discipline (Extractive Metallurgy preferred). 3-5 yearsof experience in process or production engineering, ideally inheavy or industrial settings. Lean, Six Sigma, or continuousimprovement expertise. Proficiency in tools like Minitab,Thermo-Calc, and Excel. A practical, team-oriented mindset withstrong communication skills.
