• BS Degree min of 5 years of experience
• MS Degree in of 3 yearsof experience with deviations, change orders, investigations,process for root cause analysis Strongly preferred,

Job Description:

• Expertise in tablet, ointment, andliquid dosage product forms used in pharma manufacturing.
• Providetechnical assistance to manufacturing and quality operations forprocess troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in cross functionalteams, provide strong analytical skills for troubleshooting androot cause analysis, and communicate with internal and externalteam members.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for investigations.
• Knowledge of product serialization is preferred.
• Ability toprovide input and rationale for critical process parameters.
• Responsible for continuous improvements, support execution anddocumentation of development and/or validation studies and lead inthe planning of engineering, investigational, definition andprocess validation run.
• Document and interpret study results withrecommendations.
• Assure commercialization of robust, compliant,and efficient processes and test methods.
• Ability to utilizeengineering fundamentals and process control strategies.
