We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer specializing in Machining and Metrology to improve and optimize our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and metrology, with a focus on process development to enhance efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities Design and implement machining processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Conduct metrology assessments to ensure precision and compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes.
Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Provide technical support and training to production staff on machining and metrology best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in CNC machining and metrology within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of process development methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
